How a National Security Site Reached New Heights with the 25-25 Hybrid System
A year-long remote deployment in the Southwest U.S. proves the power of hybrid energy to reduce emissions, cut fuel use, and increase operational uptime.
In a year-long field pilot at a remote security installation in the Southwest United States, ANA’s 25-25 Hybrid Energy System delivered measurable operational and environmental improvements. Compared to traditional diesel generators, the system reduced generator runtime by 91%, cut diesel fuel consumption by 83%, eliminated 15 oil changes, and prevented 53 metric tons of CO₂ emissions—the equivalent of removing 11 passenger vehicles from the road or powering five homes for a year.
The 25-25 system's compact, single-trailer design, rapid LTO battery recharge capability, and remote monitoring features made it the most efficient and resilient power solution tested. Field operators reported improved site readiness, reduced maintenance demand, and meaningful cost savings of over $15,000 annually.
