Warranty Coverage

AIRMAN Generators

  • General Coverage: 1 year or 1,500 hours (whichever comes first)
  • Alternator Coverage: 2 years or 2,000 hours
  • Isuzu Engine (North America only): Major Component Warranty (MCW) – 5 years or 5,000 hours

AIRMAN Air Compressors

  • Engine Coverage: 2 years or 2,000 hours
  • Isuzu Engine (North America): Includes MCW as with generators

ANA Hybrid Energy Systems 

  • System Coverage: 2 years from delivery date (inverters, breakers, battery management units)
  • LTO Battery Coverage: 7 years

Warranty Claims Process

To file a claim:

  1. Review eligibility: Confirm you're within the warranty timeframe.

  2. Prepare documentation: Maintenance records are required to support your claim.

Product Registration

    Navigate to ANA Engine Registration

  2. Select Your Engine Manufacturer

  3. Fill in Required Information
    Include model and serial numbers

  4. Submit the Form
    Complete the process before using the equipment
