Key Product
EBOSS 25-25 Hybrid System
EBOSS® 25-25 proved to be a highly efficient and dependable solution. Its hybrid setup drastically reduced generator runtime and fuel burn, which meant fewer refueling trips and less wear on the engine -ultimately saving us time, cost, and risk. The remote monitoring capabilities allowed our team to track system performance and battery levels without rolling a truck, and the fast-charging LTO battery minimized downtime. Over the course of the year, we saw real gains in uptime, site readiness, and maintenance savings.

About our partners
DPR Construction is a forward-thinking builder and industry leader committed to advancing sustainable design through real-world application. By transforming its regional offices into “living labs,” DPR has pioneered cost-effective, replicable net-zero energy (NZE) strategies across diverse climates. Their approach combines early goal setting, all-electric systems, real-time monitoring, and occupant engagement to optimize performance. With NZE premiums typically recouped within a decade and many offices exceeding energy targets, DPR proves that sustainability, efficiency, and innovation can set a new standard for commercial buildings.
The Challenge
Powering remote security infrastructure presents a unique set of operational and logistical challenges. At the site located in the Southwest region of the U.S., the application required continuous power to support surveillance and guard operations, 24/7, in an off-grid location exposed to harsh desert conditions. The incumbent solution, a traditional diesel generator, required frequent refueling, regular maintenance, and produced high levels of emissions, making it inefficient, costly, and environmentally burdensome. The organization sought a more sustainable and resilient power source that could lower operational load, improve energy efficiency, and support carbon reduction goals.

The Solution
To identify the most effective hybrid energy solution, the operations team initiated a head-to-head pilot program testing several hybrid generator technologies, including ANA’s 25-25 system. The unit stood out early due to its compact, single-trailer footprint, integrated remote monitoring, and advanced Lithium Titanium Oxide (LTO) battery system, which offered exceptionally fast recharge times and long cycle life, ideal for high-frequency, variable load conditions.
Deployment was straightforward thanks to the all-in-one design, and real-time performance data was remotely tracked by the operations team. This visibility enabled quicker troubleshooting, better runtime planning, and reduced the need for on-site support. From the start, the 25-25 system demonstrated a noticeable reduction in generator runtime and fuel use while maintaining consistent output and uptime.
"The EBOSS hybrid system proved to be a highly efficient and dependable solution. The reduced generator load, fast recharge times, and remote visibility helped us streamline field operations and minimize downtime".
The Results
Over the course of the year-long deployment, the 25-25 system delivered substantial gains. Generator runtime was reduced by 91 percent, fuel consumption dropped by 83 percent, and 15 oil changes were avoided entirely. These improvements led to an estimated $15,000 in annual savings and 53 metric tons of CO₂ emissions avoided, equivalent to removing 11 passenger vehicles from the road or offsetting the carbon footprint of five U.S. households for a year.
In addition to environmental and cost benefits, the site experienced a meaningful improvement in operational resilience. Less fuel handling, fewer maintenance visits, and reliable system uptime helped maintain site readiness while easing logistical strain on field personnel.
